Retirement के बाद defence officers के लिए सबसे बड़ा सवाल केवल pension या settlement का नहीं होता, बल्कि यह भी होता है कि uniform के बाद अगला professional role क्या हो सकता है। कई officers DGR resettlement courses को second career की तैयारी के रूप में देखते हैं। ऐसे में किसी course की date बदलना सिर्फ calendar update नहीं, बल्कि career planning, family planning और relocation planning से जुड़ी practical information बन जाता है।
Directorate General Resettlement यानी DGR ने Course Ser No. 06-05-2026, Certificate Course in Hospital & Healthcare Management at Administrative Staff College of India, ASCI को postpone कर दिया है। DGR training updates page के अनुसार यह course अब 07 December 2026 से 04 March 2027 तक conduct होगा।
यह update उन retired और retiring defence officers के लिए खास तौर पर important है जो hospital administration, healthcare management, medical support services या healthcare operations में second career explore कर रहे हैं।
Old schedule और new schedule क्या है?
DGR की final list of resettlement courses for retired/retiring officers FY 2026-27 में यह course पहले May 2026 batch के रूप में listed था। उस calendar में Course No. 06-05-2026, institute Adm Staff College, Hyderabad, course name Certificate Course in Hospital & Healthcare Management, start date 18 May 2026, end date 04 September 2026, duration 16 weeks और total vacancies 30 दिखाई गई थीं।

यह update retired officers के लिए क्यों important है?
DGR resettlement courses कई officers के लिए uniform के बाद structured transition का रास्ता बनते हैं। Officers course calendar देखकर अपनी availability, family commitments, children’s education, relocation, leave planning और retirement timeline को align करते हैं।
अगर किसी officer ने May 2026 वाली old date देखकर यह मान लिया था कि ASCI Hospital & Healthcare Management course miss हो गया है, तो अब उसे revised schedule दोबारा check करना चाहिए। New dates December 2026 से March 2027 तक हैं, इसलिए यह उन officers के लिए useful window बन सकती है जो 2026 के end या 2027 की शुरुआत में training opportunity देख रहे हैं।

Hospital and healthcare management course से क्या समझना चाहिए?

Serving officers के लिए DGR application normally respective Service HQ route से forward होती है। DGR application form के note में serving officers के लिए Army HQ, Naval HQ या Air HQ route का उल्लेख किया गया है, as applicable।
Retired या released officers के लिए application form concerned Zila Sainik Board / Rajya Sainik Board से countersigned और routed होना चाहिए। Attested copy of PPO, retirement order या release order application के साथ attach करनी होती है।
Officers को कौनसी गलती नहीं करनी चाहिए?
इस update के बाद सबसे बड़ी गलती old calendar पर depend करना होगी। Officers को DGR training updates page पर revised schedule जरूर verify करना चाहिए।
Application भरते समय इन points पर ध्यान दें:
- Course serial number सही लिखें
- Institute name ASCI / Administrative Staff College of India सही लिखें
- Revised course dates use करें
- Retired officer हैं तो Zila Sainik Board / Rajya Sainik Board countersignature route follow करें
- PPO / retirement / release order की attested copy attach करें
- Mobile number और email सही दें
- पहले similar DGR course attend किया है या नहीं, सही declaration दें

Available DGR final officer course calendar में यह course retired/retiring officers की list में दिखाई देता है। इसलिए इस update को primarily officers-focused समझना चाहिए।
