Ex-servicemen और उनके dependents के लिए ECHS केवल एक medical scheme नहीं, बल्कि retirement के बाद healthcare security का सबसे बड़ा सहारा है। लेकिन ground पर कई veterans की सबसे common complaint यह रहती है कि उनके area में ECHS empanelled hospitals कम हैं, referral के बाद treatment के लिए दूर जाना पड़ता है, या specialist facility nearby available नहीं होती।

छोटे शहरों और दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के veterans को क्या फायदा हो सकता है?
