Chennai और Puducherry notices से क्या समझ आता है?
दोनों letters 24 July 2026 को जारी हुए official notices हैं। दोनों का उद्देश्य concerned stakeholders को यह बताना है कि Commission September 2026 में South India के दो locations पर interactions करेगा। लेकिन notices का tone साफ तौर पर procedural है। यह opportunities announce करते हैं, final meeting confirmation नहीं।
Chennai notice क्या कहता है?
Chennai notice के अनुसार:
- Visit dates: 7 and 8 September 2026
- Last date for appointment request: 18 August 2026
- Eligible applicants: Central Government organisations, institutions, associations और unions
- Mandatory condition: पहले से submitted memorandum का Unique Memo ID
- Important restriction: Tamil Nadu के अलावा अन्य States/UTs के stakeholders इस visit के लिए आवेदन न करें

इसका अर्थ यह है कि Chennai interaction का दरवाजा पूरे भारत के लिए नहीं खुला है। केवल Tamil Nadu से संबंधित eligible stakeholders ही इस window का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
Puducherry notice क्या कहता है?
Puducherry notice broadly उसी pattern पर जारी हुआ है, लेकिन इसका regional restriction और भी precise है।
इस notice के अनुसार:
- Visit date: 9 September 2026
- Last date for appointment request: 18 August 2026
- Eligible applicants: Central Government organisations, institutions, associations और unions
- Mandatory condition: पहले से generated Unique Memo ID
- Important restriction: केवल UT of Puducherry से जुड़े stakeholders ही इस visit के दौरान appointment मांगें
- Venue and schedule: बाद में separately communicated होंगे
यानी Puducherry visit भी open category meeting नहीं है। अगर कोई organisation Puducherry region से संबंधित नहीं है, तो उसे इस notice के आधार पर appointment seek नहीं करना चाहिए।
दोनों notices में common और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण condition क्या है?
दोनों letters में एक condition सबसे केंद्रीय है — Unique Memo ID।

Memo ID होने का मतलब meeting मिलना नहीं है।

इन notices में कहीं भी यह नहीं कहा गया कि memorandum submission process फिर से खुल गई है। उल्टा, जो wording इस्तेमाल हुई है, उससे यह समझ आता है कि appointment request उन्हीं cases में meaningful है, जहां memorandum already submitted है।

क्या officially confirmed है — और क्या नहीं?
इन दोनों notices को पढ़कर कुछ बातें clearly confirmed होती हैं, जबकि कुछ बातें अभी भी uncertain हैं।
