Retirement के बाद कई officers के पास experience तो बहुत होता है, लेकिन सही opportunity पहचानना आसान नहीं होता.
हर vacancy retired officers के लिए suitable नहीं होती.
कुछ posts केवल नाम के लिए consultant होती हैं, लेकिन असल में उनमें daily file work, office discipline, government rules, e-Office handling और time-bound coordination की जरूरत होती है.
National Medical Commission यानी NMC की consultant recruitment 2026 ऐसी ही opportunity है.
यह उन retired government officers के लिए है जिनके पास सिर्फ service length नहीं, बल्कि government office system को practically चलाने का experience हो.

यह vacancy हर retired officer के लिए नहीं है
कई लोग “retired government officer” देखकर assume कर सकते हैं कि कोई भी retired officer apply कर सकता है.
लेकिन circular पढ़ने पर साफ दिखता है कि NMC को ऐसे officers चाहिए जिनके पास government functioning का practical exposure हो.

यह point बहुत important है.
क्योंकि NMC जैसे regulatory institution में file procedure, government noting, drafting, rules, coordination और accountability systems बहुत important होते हैं.
Central Ministries/Departments से retired officers को इन systems का direct exposure हो सकता है. इसलिए उन्हें preference मिलना practical है.
लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि बाकी eligible officers apply नहीं कर सकते.
इसका मतलब यह है कि application में relevant experience को बहुत clearly show करना होगा.
Degree से ज्यादा important क्या है?
Minimum qualification Graduate Degree है.
लेकिन इस vacancy में degree सबसे बड़ा filter नहीं है.

NMC application format में brief particulars of experience मांगे गए हैं.

Application form में experience details के लिए limited space है.
